"jump... jump... jump!" I got new schedule for my exercise, now I'm also doing POWERJUMP. You can of course jump on the trampoline, you can run even sprint on it, you can do a little bit of aerobic on it, salsa, hip hop.. basically, "YOU CAN GO NUTS ALL THE WAY YOU WANT IT!!" wakakaaakaka...
It was both pretty scary and excited when I was a first-timer. Seriously, I could not imagine if I fell while I jump on that trampoline... and it was hard to control your movements on that thing. But after so many other classes than PJ that i attended, I found no difficulties memorizing the choreo. huehuehe...
50 minutes of PJ can burn your calories 500-700 depending on how hard you push yourself and keep your heart-rate high. Major muscle target: abs, butt, thigh.
Once you jump on that trampoline, you will not want to stop jumping.
